2022 for most recruitment business owners would have had to be a very successful year . Here is what I believe has helped me avoid burnout and fuel my motivation and here are some of my learnings.
Freedom is more important than luxury. I have learnt that being able to have the freedom to control my day and focus on fitness and family energises me to drive my business with creativity and clear goals.
A well oiled recruitment process system and business process that allows me to work from anywhere while automating all admin related tasks so that my focus can be purely on growth strategy and client delivery.
Client partnerships and trust with businesses across the globe as Covid has taught us that virtual meetings not only increase productivity but are just as effective.
Diversification and strong partnerships with like minded business owners has helped me build a strong brand in my niche.
Investment in mine and my team’s mindset for growth has always been my key focus.
These are two books that have really got me thinking differently and I highly recommend them to any passionate entrepreneur: The Minimalist Entrepreneur by Sahil Lavingia and The Art of Impossible by Steven Kotler.
A great team who go the extra mile to achieve the goals set and also share the same values .
We would love to learn what your biggest learnings for 2022 were so please share them with us and more importantly take this time to unwind and enjoy the festive break with your loved ones.
From all of us here at Smart Talent Group, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Cheers!
