Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end billing functions and ensure accuracy and compliance across all invoicing processes.

Accounts Receivable Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices in line with contract terms
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and client queries
• Manage accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding payments
• Liaise with internal departments to maintain accurate billing data

Accounts Receivable Qualifications

• Previous experience with NetSuite and Sage
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Immediate availability to start
