Our client is one of Australia’s largest independent Fleet Management solutions providers. The office is based in bella vista and you will make uncapped commission.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

ABOUT THE ROLE

This unique phone-based role will see you joining a high paced Novated Sales team where you will work with Novated Lease customers, assisting them throughout the end-to-end sales cycle. You’ll receive a good base salary but will be motivated by their uncapped and highly rewarding results-based commission structure.

Your days will be varied and see you managing the entire process including:

  • Building relationships / rapport existing and prospective clients, 
  • Identifying, and nurturing sales opportunities through to conversion
  • Actively responding to and qualifying, quality inbound leads
  • Providing advice and promoting the benefits of Novated leasing including presenting to employees and employers.
  • Assisting customers with the selection, sourcing and financing of vehicles
  • Processing finance applications through to securing deals and client implementation. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Experience in a customer service or inside sales role is important.
  • Have a driven and motivated approach to achieving results 
  • Genuine passion to not only meet but regularly exceed KPIs and targets
  • Effective communication and selling style, able to adapt to a broad range of clients
  • Confident approach to building rapport and building effective long-term customer relationships
  • Proven track record in achieving set KPI’s 
  • Dedicated and disciplined approach to work
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills 
  • Can do attitude
  • Possess great problem solving and organisational skills
  • Confident IT skills including MS Office, Salesforce or similar CRM systems, Teams and Zoom
