An opportunity to have complete autonomy to really make an impact, while being the CIO of your accounts. The role services a  combination of current customers and an opportunity to build on new segments which is rapidly timed with the growth that is being experienced.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced solution sales professional who can deliver on a high level of governance of client relationships and has a strong background selling solutions across the Utilities and Energy sector.

The Role

  • Establish and manage the overall client relationship with key decision makers.
  • Establish and build “trust” and leverage client context by understanding client’s overall business goals.
  • To position the business as a Strategic IT partner and identifying avenues to implement IT solutions.
  • Direct and manage the overall client relationship to include work quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the account teams (account management and project management) to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Contribute to new business development efforts, partnering with sales teams, to enhance and broaden the relationship in existing clients, and to create new logos within the vertical.

You must

  • Be comfortable in groups/teams and be able to both lead and follow. Must bring top-notch consulting /relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems and solutions across Digital Transformation (DT) and Cloud Transformation (CT). This includes high value services such as digital consulting, UX, mobility, digital marketing, digital engineering, cloud development and migration, data/analytics, AI/ML, and more.
  • Be held accountable against Measurable Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines
  • Be able to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and have a proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at all levels in an organization.
  • Possess the ability to present to C-level executives, ideally CIO’s, and senior business and technology leaders in a persuasive and influential manner

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client facing hybrid account executice role selling technology solutions. Experience with a global service delivery model.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management, business development, and sales.
  • Past experience managing a large revenue client (P&L including reporting and metric assessment for the account)
  • Knowledge of value articulation principals include client ROI and appropriate storyboarding techniques.
  • Knowledge of Client context and client engagement guidelines including organizational sensitivities to consistently look for new solutions. Specialized knowledge of industry analytics and is able to use trends to forecast and provide inputs within the organization to come up with right solutions.
  • Have a strong background in a project environment and application development.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Must bring experience, insight, and credibility in the communications domain.
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and client management skills
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated capabilities of being a thought leader.
  • Industry sector expert within the Utilities and Energy Sector.
