Event Project Managers

Our clent is one of  the most exciting global marketing and engagement agencies in Australia who are undergoing massive growth and seeking motivated, experienced Program Managers  to join
their team as Project Managers, Coordinators and Assistants.

We are currently recruiting three roles :

If you have event management experience with a focus on program cordination this role is for you. 

Project Manager  : Associations

As a project manager your focus will be working with Association to organise their national conferences for members.

Requirements:

• You will have at least 5 years’ experience organising conferences for professional
  associations, science, government or academic clients.
• You will require excellent skills in client liaison, committee management, writing,
  abstract and program coordination, event marketing, budget management, sponsorship
  raising and supplier liaison.
• It takes a special kind of person for this role – strength of character, personal presence,
  a keen sense of humour and the ability to keep a cool head under pressure.
• Your leadership abilities will see you develop your team through practical mentorship
  and participation in the company’s unique Learning and Development Institute
   Brisbane based but would consider alternative location.
• Experience with Eventsair and Cvent is a must.

Project Manager-Corporate Events Division 

As a project manager your focus will be working with corporates to organise their national conferences .

• 3 years’ agency experience is highly preferred
• Travel and guest registration experience are essential
• Working knowledge of Cvent and / or EventsAir are a must
• This role is operationally heavy managing clients and requires on-site delivery of events
  within Australia and internationally
•  Sydney based but would consider alternative location

Project Coordinators and Assistants

• Under the mentorship of an experienced Project Manager you will work with a team to
  deliver a range of events, experiences and conferences for our wide range of clients
• Minimum 2 years’ events experience is required in an agency or association
•  EventsAir and / or Cvent experience are mandatory
•  Roles open in both Brisbane and Sydney
• You’re not afraid to use your initiative and recommend new procedures and efficiency
  and offerings
•  Onsite, you will manage the registration desk
