You are a :

• Dedicated achiever who thrives in a fast-paced environment and ensure the right hiring happens at the right time.
• An Insightful advisor and business partner .You excel in strategy development and providing guidance to leadership teams.
• Collaborative partners. You build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information and industry analyses to develop best practices.
• Talent Identifier. You are growth-oriented and love hiring top-performing talent
• Self-starter. You take ownership of your work and need no prompting to drive productivity, change, and outcomes.

You will have :

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of recruiting experience managing end to end hiring life cycle ideally within technology sector.
• Experience in sourcing strategies across various channels
• Brilliant negotiation skills
• C-Suite presentation skills along with the ability to manage external agency partners
• Strong MS Office Skills
• Collaborative team player
• Proven track record of influencing change and making things happen
• Be able to juggle multiple priorities and get things done
