Our client is looking for an experienced and hands on BDM’s who are curious about the recruitment industry.

The successful candidate will be capable of aligning the different account management and sales approaches while bringing standardisation wherever possible, they will be accepting that a degree of variance will need to be retained to reflect the differing demands of customers across their territory.

 

Your typical week will include

  • Business Development – conduct research and market mapping to assess the best clients to target
  • Utilise warm leads provided to you by the directors of the business.
  • Maintaining client contact and relationship building – get out and about, network, meet/build strong relationships with senior candidates, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition and HR professionals
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, quotations etc for clients , there is an office support team to help with these..
  • Assist in project managing multiple briefs – you may work on multiple roles at any one time and these will be at different stages, this requires the ability to prioritise and keep on top of communication with the clients and candidates.
  • Conducting telephone/MS Teams and face to face interviews
  • Maintaining candidate contact and data integrity of Candidate CRM – visiting or speaking with contract employees and updating the database.
  • Managing assessment and reference checking processes.
  • Assisting on-boarding programs – issuing contracts of employment, ensuring certificates of currency and other employment documents are sent out and received.
  • General office activities – document template creation, marketing activities, attending events, panel interviews, standardised candidate reports etc
