We are seeking a passionate and well-rounded Account manager who has a proven track record in growing existing accounts through collaborated and considered product selection.

Our client is a leader in psychometric and people management software. Their market leading people analytics and technology provide deep people insights that equip leaders and their teams to make data driven talent decisions and optimise their performance and productivity.

Their ideal candidate will possess a sharply honed consulting style approach and will take over well-established accounts working with the world’s leading executives from a wide range of well-known organisations. The role is purely account management, growing existing business through cross selling an upselling

Positive attitude and best practice approach will be a greatly beneficial as you will also act as a talent advisor and work closely with clients to improve and achieve strong business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven account management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to serve in a role with revenue responsibility and able to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals 
  • Ability to manage multiple commercial processes, forecast with precision and identify challenges to a positive commercial outcome.          
  • Strong business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adaptability.
  • A Bachelors or Masters in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business-related discipline would be an advantage but not essential

Competencies:

  • Recent experience in sales, sales enablement/training or presales role, preferably in an human capital, consulting, talent management or SaaS technology environment
  • Be highly motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels but especially with key decision makers and influencers.
  • Ability to use internal influence to ensure that the full capabilities of the products are brought to bear in serving our clients.
  • Be able to implement company defined strategies and goals, but equally contribute to the development of account strategies.
  • Be able to quickly grasp and understand technical concepts and product benefits for often highly technical products.
  • Be results oriented and committed to winning business through exceptional customer service.
  • Be well organized with high attention to detail, coupled with excellent territory and time management skills.
