Business Development Manager (Multiple Vacancies: Tech Sales)

The successful candidate for this role will be looking for an exciting new challenge in a hyper-growth environment. You should have a passion for building and developing business relationships and be willing to take on new challenges and input to the company’s growth.
What You’ll Do:
· Identifying high-potential hospitality venues such as cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs, and entertainment venues
· Positioning the value of as a solution to be able to help increase revenue, reduce costs, and enhance guest experience
· Negotiating and influencing the venue to rapidly transition from using traditional physical menus to Digital Menus
· Building and nurturing strong relationships with hospitality business owners and management teams
· Supporting and training customers to enable and drive online and QR code ordering
· Help to onboard directly key players to accelerate activation and revenue generation
· Developing and reporting on accounts’ sales performance
· You will also have to acquire a good understanding of the business’s solutions and products
About You:
· Have experience in business development and a hunter mindset
· Have strong communication and presentation skills
· Self starter and self motivated
· Focused and goal orientated
· A “get it done” attitude
· The right disciplines to work autonomously
· Proven success in go-to-market planning and opportunity identification
· High level of energy and a proactive approach
· Be a highly business-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
Desirable but not required:
· Will have thrived in a fast passed tech environment
· Driving license and ability to get around to meet customers
· Have worked in the hospitality industry and understand the pressures and pain points of our clients
