The Role

As our most experienced acquisition specialist, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end deal execution and act as a steady hand across the team. You’ll bring clarity, structure, and high-level thinking to the entire acquisition process – while contributing to the systems and culture that make us better every quarter.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead the acquisition process from start to finish – sourcing, vetting, presenting, negotiating, and handing over deals
  • Ensure every recommendation meets our benchmarks – aligned to client goals, financials, and long-term strategy
  • Offer support and guidance to other team members – sharing insights, frameworks, and feedback when needed
  • Step in to resolve complex issues – whether it’s vendor negotiations, due diligence, or finance challenges
  • Help refine how we buy – improving systems, processes, and the way we think about acquisitions as a team

What we’re looking for

  • A highly experienced buyer’s agent who’s seen hundreds of deals and knows what great looks like
  • An investor yourself. You understand the mindset, risks, and decision-making of clients because you’ve been there
  • A calm, thoughtful leader. You’re decisive when needed, and you bring a clear head in fast-moving situations
  • A team-first contributor. You want to help others improve and are comfortable being the person people look to for clarity
  • Strategic and commercial. You’re not just reacting to the market – you’re reading it, interpreting it, and staying ahead
  • Reliable and process-minded. You care about doing things well, not just fast

  • 3+ successful purchases per BA per month (team-led)
  • Average CMA turnaround time under 45 minutes
