With more than 20 years experience our client is  becoming the leading supplier of compact construction equipment in Australia.  

With continual growth each year our client is now the leading distributor for  compact earthmoving equipment in Australia.

  • Important to Your Success:

  • Some knowledge on construction sales is preferred.

  • Tech savvy, authentic, ethical, and articulate with the ability to deliver a solution-based sales approach.

  • Strong ability to pitch products, objection handling & closing skills.

  • Tenacity, Hunger, Confidence, and Energy.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Desire to learn and have a long term career in the construction equipment industry.

  • Common sense with a desire to accelerate your sales career

  • Understanding of current market challenges and how to leverage with prospects.

  • Skills to build relationships and manage accounts.

  • Attention to detail and high-level responsiveness.

  • Ability to connect new business opportunities to clients based on trends in customer spend, budget, market, and business drivers.

  • University degree. (Preferred/not essential)

  • Undertake business development activity and maintenance of existing customer relationship at account level  and closing out negotiations

  • Audit proposals for both new and existing quotes

  • Liaise between client and workshop for project progressing 


Key Criteria:


  1. Proven record of working experience in similar role with similar background 

  2. Customer focused with the ability to solve problems,  

  3. Experience in Customer relations,, contract management and negotiation

  4. Efficient with the use of CRM’s

  5. Ability to communicate clear instructions to a variety of stakeholders,  internally and externally
