You will be joining this business as a SDR people leader , managing a team of 3-4 SDR’s along with the opportunity to have your own sales targets so you can lead from the front.

The Role

  • Recruitment – Screening, interviewing and hiring the best talent pool.
  • Training – Delivering an onboarding experience to the highest standard.
  • Coaching – Encouraging creative thinking with engaging coaching and sales focus sessions.
  • Leadership – Provide guidance and mentorship to your sales consultants through regular catch-ups.
  • Performance management – Maximize every opportunity to provide the best customer experience for our vendors and agents.
  • Intra-day operations – Oversee lead management and sales performance taking appropriate action to achieve business objectives.

Required Experience

– Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in solutions relevant to salesforce and HubSpot.

– A proven track record of consistency with a team overachieving targets.
