  • Base Salary $130-$140K OTE $190k -210K 

 

Our client is looking for an experienced and hands on Senior Commercial BDM to lead and grow their top end customer base.

 

The successful candidate will be capable of aligning the different account management and sales approaches while bringing standardisation wherever possible, they will be accepting that a degree of variance will need to be retained to reflect the differing demands of customers across their territory. They will create a management reporting structure and set of metrics that allow this critical part of the business to be run predictably and consistently.

 

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

· Responsible for leading a portfolio of client accounts towards company objectives and is responsible for the growth, management, retention, and satisfaction of these accounts.

· Develops and fosters account relationships. Working towards 100% account retention within a defined portfolio of accounts in the ANZ region

· Manages strategy development and execution and drive the strategies across the managed territory covering our solution offerings.

· Manage existing strategic account business and grow YoY customer bookings

· Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts

Candidates with a previous background in human resources or recruitment with previous experience selling into HR C Suite with a background in psychology  will be highly regarded.
