Sitecore Developer

Location: Canberra
Contract Duration: 12 months contract(2 X 12 months extension possible)
Security Clearance: Baseline

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Developer to create high-performing, accessible, and visually engaging web experiences. You’ll work within agile multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating closely with product owners, UX specialists, and designers to build solutions aligned with brand, security, and accessibility standards.

Sitecore Developer Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop highly functional, visually rich web interfaces across browsers and devices.
  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design systems.
  • Provide Sitecore CMS expertise, including monitoring, upgrades, and leveraging enterprise modules.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and architecture teams to align solutions.
  • Be available outside core business hours for critical service support.

Sitecore Developer Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience working at pace independently and within agile teams.
  • Strong development skills across browsers and devices, meeting accessibility standards.
  • Experience with Azure PaaS or similar cloud technologies.
  • Minimum 2 years' Sitecore development experience (v9+).
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, Node.js, ASP.NET MVC, modern JS frameworks, CSS, and HTML.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Sitecore Developer Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, TFS, and search technologies.
  • Attention to detail and expertise in modern web development best practices.
  • Experience with Sitecore xDB, xConnect, and personalisation strategies.
  • Cultural fit: agile mindset, collaboration focus, proactive communication, and creative problem-solving
