We are looking for a Sailpoint Architect.
This role is crucial for ensuring that the Sailpoint IdentityIQ solution is seamlessly integrated into the SION environment, providing robust identity management capabilities that support the operational needs.
Project Overview:
- Client: Federal Government
- Objective: Upgrade mission systems to handle increased data volumes, processing overheads, and interconnectivity, including the implementation of a contemporary private cloud environment named the Strategic Intelligence Operational Network (SION).
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Specifications & Implementation:
- Develop technical specifications for Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
- Implement IdentityIQ capabilities and integrate with other SION system functions.
Design & Documentation:
- Contribute to the High-Level Design (HLD) specific to IdentityIQ.
- Create Detailed Designs (DD) and prototypes.
- Document “as-built” configurations and produce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Integration & Testing:
- Assist with integrating Sailpoint with other system elements and technologies.
- Develop and execute test cases and configurations.
- Update user stories and validation documents to ensure alignment with design and user needs.
Additional Duties:
- Provide recommendations on deployment strategies.
- Configure IdentityIQ features, including application onboarding, reporting, role mining, and risk/SOD configurations.
- Offer mentoring, training, and performance management.
System Information:
- Environment: Private cloud built on HPE hardware with VMware Virtual Cloud Foundation (VCF) core software.
- Security Components: Microsoft, RedHat, ForeScout, McAfee, Splunk, and Commvault.
- Capabilities: Secure, high-performance computing environment supporting military operations and large volumes of geospatial data.
Role Requirements:
- Estimated Hours: 500 hours (subject to increase via Contract Change Proposal).
- Security Clearance: Ability to work in a high-security environment with discretion.
- Location: Canberra (primarily remote work via Vendor systems or Defence DREAMS remote access; on-site visits as required).
- Travel: Occasional travel to Canberra
Skills & Experience Required:
- Extensive experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong background in integrating identity management solutions with complex IT environments.
- Familiarity with contemporary private cloud environments and related technologies.
- Ability to work effectively with senior technical SMEs and other stakeholders.
