Sponsorship Event Coordinator

A hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about event delivery, sponsorship engagement, and project coordination.

Sponsorship Event Coordinator Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience supporting events or working in sponsorship/exhibition roles within event agencies or associations
• Familiar and experienced using EventsAir.
• Highly organised with strong multitasking, time management, and administrative abilities
• Skilled communicator with polished written, verbal, and interpersonal aptitude
• Team player who can also take ownership and drive tasks independently
• Enthusiastic, creative, inquisitive—you bring a can-do mindset and dedication to improving all you touch
• Passionate about developing your career in event management

Sponsorship Event Coordinator Responsibilities

• Assist in managing sponsorship entitlements delivery across conferences and exhibitions
• Handle operational/admin tasks to help ensure timely, on-budget project delivery
• Help maintain client relationships and support upsell and client satisfaction
• Support quality control and adherence to internal processes
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and internal documentation
• Assist the team with ad?hoc tasks, reporting, and internal initiatives
• Represent the organisation at selected industry events

Must-Haves

• Australian citizenship or valid visa + passport
• Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in Events, PR, Marketing, Business, or Journalism
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Event platforms (EventsAir is essential )
• Flexible availability for occasional extended hours or travel
